- “Dashboard” refers to the BizUpUSA web-based platform used to access your account, documents, and business tools.
- “Order” refers to your subscription, purchase, or request for any of our services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must be 18 years or older and have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of your business.
You may not:
- Use our services to engage in illegal or unauthorized activity;
- Attempt to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the BizUpUSA platform;
- Use our services to upload or distribute malware or harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
3. Payment and Fees
All fees are clearly listed on our Pricing page and may vary by product or service. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Some services, such as Registered Agent renewal or Annual Report filing, may incur recurring or state-specific fees.
We do not store your payment information directly. Secure payment processing is handled through our third-party provider.
All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and materials provided through BizUpUSA remain the property of BizUpUSA or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our platform content without written permission.

You retain ownership of any data or business information you submit through the BizUpUSA dashboard. We only access your information to provide Services or improve your experience, and we take your privacy seriously.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your dashboard and any services or documents not previously downloaded or saved.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
