Is BizUp software, or a service?

Both, and they are not separable. The filings and compliance work are performed as a service; the dashboard is where the resulting documents, statuses and upcoming obligations live. You are not buying a tool and then doing the paperwork yourself.

Can I bring documents from a business I already formed?

Yes. Protect is built for existing businesses as well as ones formed through BizUp - your current records establish the business profile, and formation documents you already hold can be stored alongside them.

What does Astra actually do today?

Who can see my business data?
